Step 1: Choose a Smooth Surface

Make sure you're on a clean, flat surface (like tile, laminate, or hardwood). Avoid placing it on carpet or textured flooring.

Step 2: Press Down the Suction Cups

Place the double suction cups firmly on the floor. Press down to ensure full contact with the surface.

Step 3: Lock the Suction Levers

Push down both levers to activate the suction. You should feel the device grip tightly and stay in place.

Step 4: Adjust the Foam Rollers (If Applicable)

Choose the roller height that fits your foot or leg comfortably. Some versions include adjustment holes—use the pin to lock in your height.

Step 5: Attach Resistance Bands

If you're using the included resistance bands, clip or hook them into the side loops of the base and attach the handlebar.

Step 6: Test for Stability

Give it a gentle pull to make sure it’s secure before starting your workout.
